Quote request information you submit (name, email, phone, postal code, project details). Site analytics: page views, referrer, anonymized IP, device type, locale preference. Customer service correspondence.
How we use it
To respond to your quote request, send order updates, dispatch installation crews, and maintain B2B account records. Analytics to improve site performance. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Quote requests retained for 24 months. Customer order records retained for 7 years per CRA requirements. Analytics data retained for 26 months and then aggregated.
